I give you permission to print this letter to Tom Rowland who has signed a statement to uphold the Constitution and the laws of Tennessee. I am enclosing a letter to Tom Rowland in this letter to you. I am requesting a formal investigation by the FBI, ICE, and our state representatives on property owned by the City of Cleveland (paid for by taxpayers) that is allowing the Ocoee Region Multicultural Center to be housed in a government building. As you probably already know, two separate news agencies reported this agency is helping illegal aliens! I was also given by [recently resigned Director of ORMC] Dr. Sylerston personally his business card and an application for me to bring in a family that was illegal to see what he could do for them (this is before he knew who I was). He told me and two witnesses that he was not an enforcement agency and my illegal alien's friends would be safe in his office (this is government owned property)! It is against the rule of law Federal Immigration and Nationality Act Section 8 USC 1324, to rent, hire or aid and abet illegal aliens. I especially want to know if grant money (or any other government money) from the State of Tennessee or Federal money is being used to pay any part of this facility owned by the City of Cleveland. I am requesting to know how much the Ocoee Region Multicultural Center is paying for space/utilities etc. in this government building. Dr. Sylverston (runs ORMC), a church minister told me personally money to keep ORMC going is from churches and private donations. If this organization is funded by churches is this not a conflict from church and state?
I am formally requesting an audit and to know why the Ocoee Region Multicultural Center has been given permission by the State of Tennessee to take applications for CoverKids? Isn't this not like the fox in the chicken coup! I am requesting an ICE and FBI investigation why this agency is dispensing the CoverKids program because two separate news agencies reported they are helping illegal aliens? I am requesting an audit to see just who ORMC is helping and if illegal aliens are signing up for CoverKids!
I am requesting an audit of the Ocoee Region Multicultural Center to make all their records open to the public and to see if they are aiding and abetting illegal aliens!

Dear Mayor Rowland:
Today I come into your office as a follow-up to my visit months ago regarding the effects of illegal immigration. I am here to get feed back on that visit.
When I came to see you previously regarding the effects of illegal immigration in the United States and Bradley County I volunteered to pay for 2 officers trained in 287g. I personally am still waiting for an answer for 2 officers to be trained in this critical program since Georgia's law became effective 7-1-07. It was observed that 4 brand new buses with Spanish written (with Georgia plates) on the side came to the job day site on Inman Street. It is suspected that means that illegal aliens are taking Tennesseans jobs and signing up for FREE services under who knows what American's stolen ID or bogus name! The Ocoee Region Multicultural Center is now taking applications for this Tennessee government program CoverKids. There are very strict guidelines for this Tennessee insurance program for children under 18.
The document "A Line in the Sand" (Homeland Security record which I gave YOU a copy) states "Mexican drug cartels operating along the Southwest border are more sophisticated and dangerous than any other organized criminal enterprise." That means more deadly than the Mafia or the Colombian cartels! It goes on by stating that in 2005 165,178 OTM"s (other than Mexicans) were caught crossing our borders 650 from countries with known terrorist affiliations. "Therefore, in 2005, as many as 4 to 10 million illegal aliens crossed into the United States; and as much as 5.6 to 11.2 million pounds of cocaine and 34.3 to 68.6 million pounds of marijuana entered the United States. Let's remember that it is estimated that 8,000 illegal aliens are crossing our borders a day (and we do not [know] who they are or where they live)!
Presently I am attending court on Tuesdays and Fridays to see the impact of the illegal aliens rapidly flowing into our sweet town. Many Hispanic names that are on the session's court docket just do not appear like in the example of Everado G. Velazquez until a warrant was issued and he was picked up (luckily Mr. Eaton knew the new address of Everado G. Velazquez). It is making Clevelanders VERY angry when on July 3, 2007 Judge Sheridan Randolph again heard the case of Everardo G. Velázquez (speaking no English) for the (6-22-07, 6-29-07, 7-3-07) third time and let him go after refunding him some money that could have been used to repair Otis Eaton's fence (a personal call from Judge Randolph on July 10, 2007 to Mr. Eaton said he would be paid! We will see!) On July 10, 2007 I attended court where an Arcenio Castillo (speaking no English) was charged with DUI, resisting arrest, no driver's license, no insurance, and no car registration, false statement to officer, false ID and assault to officer. What was amazing all but one of these charges were dropped! There is starting to be a big trend of this kind of arrest and court scenario in Bradley County and citizens don't like it! Also in court were 4 black men from foreign countries charged with suspected 'black money' scheme. Their bond was set for $30,000 each and a hold from ICE is on these men for suspecting them of entering the country illegally. It will only get worse if YOU are allowing Cleveland Tennessee to be a Sanctuary City as the Bradley News is reporting.
As a duly elected official by the citizens of Cleveland, Tennessee do you think they would vote for you if they suspected or through an investigation knew you were a willing party of an organization that violated laws in support of illegal aliens? Remember that Cleveland has at least 3 MS13 gang members in Bradley County jail for the charred body in Polk County. GRAAB is keeping Cleveland abreast of the severe drug problems in our town and schools. We are getting illegal aliens, illegal drugs, officers being assaulted, gangs, fraudulent ID's, DUI's, DWI's, property loss to name just a few criminal acts on the increase in our town. What are YOU as mayor going to do about this rising and critical problem? I am waiting for your suggestions and then ACTIONS!
Remember: U.S. Representative Steve King reported that we lose 13 Americans per day to drunken and/or unlicensed illegal aliens. He also reported that we lose an additional 12 Americans per day to murder by illegal aliens, and that 8 American children per day are molested by illegal aliens."
It has come to our attention through research that the City of Cleveland owns 1075 Blythe Ave., Cleveland, Tennessee It was a school in the past. I am requesting all the names of organizations that are presently in this facility, one of which is the Ocoee Region Multicultural Center. I am requesting also the entire costs incurred by this property completely broken down per expense such as insurance, utilities, etc. I am requesting how much the city is charging these organizations for physically being in your facility. Is there a separation of church and state when some of the funds for the Ocoee Region Multicultural center get some of their donations from churches as stated by Dr. Sylverston.
I am requesting the sworn in statements of Wes Snyder and all the city council members that they signed when taking office.
I want to know why you have your name attached to the Ocoee Region Multicultural Center when two separate news agencies have reported they are aiding and abetting illegal aliens which is against Federal Immigration and Nationality Act Section 8 USC 1324.
Eric Watson gave a presentation to the Republican women on July 9, 2007 that gave 14 reasons (copy enclosed) to stop illegal immigration, which I may add the 15 reason that it is first JUST breaking a federal law. Remember it is against the law (Federal Immigration and Nationality Act Section 8 USC 1324) to hire, rent or aid and abet illegal aliens!
When any investigation takes place and the alleged corruption and the violation of the rule of law takes place Cleveland residents will then know all the facts!
We are sending a very profound message that crime pays to these illegal aliens. It looks like the American servants (our elected officials) who are sworn to uphold the United States Constitution and the Constitution of the State of Tennessee and the charter and ordinances of Bradley County are just slapping their hands and in many cases dropping most of the charges! These elected judges, attorneys, mayors; police chiefs will not ask for restitution/deportation (for American's) and will just look the other way when an illegal alien commits crimes until they kill or maim someone! I find while I attend court that these men who are just being slapped on their hands for their crimes and are laughing at us. Laws mean nothing to them and being highly intoxicated is "macho" in the Mexican culture.
