Why, when fashion pushes tattooed bodies, naval rings, pierced tongues, worships ball players and professional actors who live like pigs with their "partners," why the Lord should send such a man as Judge Roy Moore on the scene is one of today's mysteries. Perhaps it is to show the meaning of the word "contrast." Did we not just impeach the former President for perjury?
The man Roy Moore of Gadsden, Alabama is a man who keeps his word. Rare as hen's teeth, that trait. For one to make it through the legal system all the way to the top of the State judicial ladder with such a record is startling indeed. And for him to stake his "life, his fortune, and his sacred honor" upon this holy mandate recalls shades of those fifty-six venerable nobles who signed the Declaration of Independence.
Judge Moore was elected as Alabama's Supreme Court for one reason: the people of Alabama wanted the Ten Commandments in their State Court House. He was known as "The Ten Commandments Judge." He had every cause to fulfill his promise, after all, when he swore to uphold the Alabama Constitution, it plainly shows that the foundation of law is the Law of God and acknowledges His Sovereignty throughout their documents and history. Not only that, but the fools who sit in places of authority seem so ill-educated that they think that the recognition of Almighty God of our Fathers is unlawful. Judge Myron Thompson in throwing out God's Law stated that "Alabama has no right to acknowledge God." And I add with all authority that God will not acknowledge him.
A Gallup Poll showed that over 70% of the American people were opposed to the removal of the Alabama Ten Commandments monument. This means that the 30% who are opposed to it are a tyrannical and powerful minority, most of whom have been molded and lacquered from the wicked and corrupt Communistic universities of this country. A popular TV talk show host reported that the bathrooms of such prestigious schools as Harvard were covered with graffiti unfit to be spoken in public. If you think that the university is a place to learn Shakespeare and calculus, you are living in the dark ages. Universities are indoctrination centers who refuse to give grades to those who hold patriotism and righteousness without compromise. They do not graduate Americans; they graduate international sell-outs.
Both Tennessee and Alabama have voted for their right to post the Ten Commandments, Tennessee through their County Commissions and Alabama in their vote for Judge Roy Moore. I daresay that if other states were given the same choice, they would overwhelmingly vote with Alabama and Tennessee.
We are currently living under the most blatant arbitrary power since 1776. Force is inconsistent with independence; Judge Myron Thompson represents Hateful and Arbitrary Force, Judge Moore represents Love of American Independence. Who is on the Lord's side? America, for the first time in years, you have seen Integrity in a place of prominence. Mark it well.
