Scrumptious Shrimp Batter
1 cup plain flour 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg slightly beaten
2 Tbs. oil 1 cup ice water
Mix dry ingredients. Add egg, water and oil to make a batter.

Hawaiian Chicken
4 chicken breasts 1 bell pepper
1 (16)bottle Catalina dressing 1 onion
1 (8oz.)can pineapple rings
Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Cut onion into rings.
Place on top of chicken. Slice bell pepper and place on top of onion. Drain pineapple rings and lay on top of chicken. Cover all with Catalina, cover. Place in oven and bake at 425 D. for 1 hour. Serve hot over wild rice.

Macaroni Salad
3oz. macaroni, cooked and drained
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 cup Cheddar cheese cubes
1/4 drained pickle relish
1/2 chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs. mustard
1/4 Tsp. salt
Blend mayonnaise, mustard and salt. Add all other ingredients in large bowl, stir in mayonnaise mixture. Chill
