Please help me understand the "Bradley County Government Leaders." They said they have no money for new schools, they haven't any money for Sheriff deputy pay increases to make their pay equal to Cleveland City Police pay. Now the County leaders are contemplating funding a feasibility study with the city of Cleveland for a new multi million dollar parking complex. One day the county hasn't a spare dime, but when the Bradley County Government Leaders have difficulty finding convenient parking they are then willing to consider building a multi million dollar parking facility with the city, what a coincidence! Will there be a special parking area for the County Mayor and the commish? Consider this, after the feasibility study the leadership of the county decides to build a parking complex and also give the Sheriff's deputies a deserved pay increase. To do this will they have to raise taxes? Will they blame the Sheriff for the tax increase? Will the county tax payer be able to park free at this new parking complex or will they have to pay a parking fee which will have them paying again and again?
