Everyone has a commitment - even if it's to yourself.  It begins with activity and proceeds with progress.

Remember the turtle - he's slow but eventually gets there. Commitment has a future of happiness. As 2007 goes forth make a commitment to achieve and reap the benefits this year.

Choose one statement and carry it through sometime during a month.
Donate a tree or shrub to a local park.

Start planning your summer vacation.

Bake cookies for local fire fighters or policemen to let them know you appreciate them.

Tell yourself you're lucky, and list the reasons why.

Take time to listen after you say, "How are you?"

Park in the last row of the parking lot and walk to your destination instead of fighting for the front row.

Strike up a conversation with a complete stranger.
Give the gift of yourself

and your time. There are countless ways you can do it. And ... you will be amazed at what you get in return.

Peace
I need peace Lord... deep in my soul.
Sometimes I feel as if I am down in a hole.
It's hard to climb out Lord... when I'm so low and blue,
I realize I should put my dependence in You.
I lie awake at night and can't sleep at all.

I need a plan, a vision , so, here's what I've decided to do.
