Choclatte: A dessert with whipped cream lined with lady fingers and served in a gelatin mold.

Old Fashioned Chocolate Soda
For each serving take soda glass or any 16 oz glass. Put in 3 tbls. chocolate syrup and 3 tbls. vanilla ice cream, stir well with long handled spoon. Add cold carbonated water almost to top of glass. Slowly add two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Keep spoon in glass, add straw, stir and enjoy. If desired add more water.
Brown Cow
Vanilla ice cream, root beer and tall glass. Needs spoon and straw.

Cheesy Sausage Nachos
3/4 pound bulk pork sausage
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 cups fresh diced tomatoes, divided
3/4 cup picante sauce
4 cups tortilla chips
3 cups (12 oz) shredded Monterrey Jack cheese, divided
1 medium ripe avocado diced.
In skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until pink is gone, drain well. Add 2 cups tomatoes and sauce, bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Sprinkle tortilla chips over a 12 in. pizza pan. Top with 2 cups cheese and sausage mixture; sprinkle with rest of cheese. Bake 350º for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with avocado and remaining tomatoes. 6-8 servings. Good.

Colorful Fried Rice
1 1/2 cups cold cooked rice
2 green onions chopped
3/4 cup (thawed) frozen peas and carrots
4 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbls, mixed fresh parsley
1 tbls. vegetable oil
2 tbls. water
1 egg beaten
salt and pepper to taste.
In a skillet cook onions, carrots, peas, water, soy sauce and parsley until onions are tender. Add rice and heat then add beaten egg, stir till egg is completely set. Add seasonings. Serves 2-3
