So, have you thought about them yet? You know, those New Year's resolutions. Of course you have. Or perhaps you are like me and you don't make New Year's resolutions. It's not because I don't think I can stick to them, it's not because I don't set goals for myself, it's not because I think I'd just be setting myself up for failure, or anything like that really. It's because I just don't. Don't get me wrong, I do have several bad habits I need to break, but they're my habits and until they break me I'm fine with not changing my ways. Call me stubborn, (you wouldn't be the first to call me that) I'm just set in my ways. So what is a New Year's resolution? I like the definition best given on www.wikipedia.com. A New Year's resolution is a commitment that an individual makes to a project or a habit often a lifestyle change that is generally interpreted as advantageous. The name comes from the fact that these commitments normally go into effect on New Year's Day and remain until the set goal has been achieved, although many resolutions go unachieved and are often broken fairly shortly after they are set.
For those of you who have made those New Year resolutions, they are probably one or more of the ten most popular resolutions .
