Peppermint Bark
Prepare a cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment paper. Crush 6-8 small peppermint candy canes. Take a package of vanilla candy bark, break in half and place half in a large bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, add remaining bark, microwave for 2 minutes, stir. Put back and microwave until bark is melted, stopping after every minute to stir. Then stir in crushed candy canes and quickly pour onto cookie sheet, spreading very thin. Let set until firm, then break into pieces.

Meatballs
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt, couple of shakes of pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, diced
1 tbls. parsley (cut fine)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
Mix together above ingredients. Shape into balls and fry in skillet on medium heat until done, turning every five minutes. Make a sauce in skillet after draining fat off using 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce, 1 (10 oz.) grape jelly. Heat together with drained meatballs, serve warm.

Hamburger Cutlets Parmesan
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup flour
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbls. oil
4 oz. mozzarella cheese
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning, or garlic,oregano
1 tbls. Parmesan cheese
Combine ground beef, parsley, salt, pepper, in bowl; mix lightly. Shape into patties. Coat with flour, dip into beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs. Brown in oil in skillet and place in baking dish. Top each patty with mozzarella cheese, pour tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 D. for 25 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
