President Obama has succeeded in fundamentally transforming America from a nation that valued rights of individuals to a nation that values the better good for the "collective" even at the expense of individual rights. In other words, America is now a socialist state like any other socialist state in the world. We're no longer different.

The state, of course, knows what's better for all of us. We know this because the mainstream media tell us that President Obama and progressives know what one-size-fits-all solution works for the whole country. Steve Kroft on "60 Minutes" served up softball dialogue in the love fest between President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton this past Sunday. All is rosy with no one asking any questions about inconvenient incidents.

On the 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, hundreds of thousands demonstrated against abortion in Washington with hardly a mention in the mainstream media. More than 50 million babies have been aborted in the past forty years, more than one million every year. Babies that survive late term abortions are normally killed, though some are allowed to live and are usually given to adoption agencies. Shocking? Didn't know some babies survive abortions? Inconvenient incidences. Shhhhhh! Obama and progressives know what's best for all of us who've already been born.

More than $500 million tax dollars pay Planned Parenthood for the vast majority of abortions every year. That's what's best for America collectively. That way we won't have to waste even more tax dollars to take care of unwanted children. Inconvenient incidences.

Benghazi cover-up? Get over it! What does it matter? We were in the heat of an important election! What do you expect? The mainstream media ruled on this inconvenient incident a long time ago. Please, let's move on.

Now, let's get to the serious matter of saving children's lives…those who are already born. Obviously, conservatives don't care about children's safety. They advocate for guns in school zones. Everybody knows gun-free zones are safer for children. Just post the signs and everybody will be safe. The main thing is to make sure law abiding citizens register their guns with the government so the government will know who has guns and who doesn't, i.e. who's dangerous and who isn't. Then, let's post this information on the Internet. You know, we need to be transparent.

Since Obama became President, the world has become a safer place. Northern Africa and the Middle East, particularly Syria, are much safer these days because of our new foreign policy of maintaining a light footprint and leading from behind. Al Qaeda has been decimated and the Arab spring is generating a spirit of democracy with the Muslim Brotherhood dominating elections and essentially instituting Sharia Law.

Welcome to the new, transformed America that values the collective over individual rights, that protects children that are already born, and that leads the world with progressive policies where law abiding citizens can lead safe and secure lives if they'll just do everything the government asks them to do. It's not about individual rights! It's about the collective good! What's best for everyone!
