Evolution. a theory.
Letter To The Editor
Evolution, a theory.
So maybe anyone can have one of those?
Ages ago my mother and I were talking of such things. Feeling very wise at age fourteen I eagerly unwound my "theory."
Earth is a celestial dumping ground. We are an experiment. They (whoever they are) expect certain basic certain things from us. We are as babies learning to walk. We totter along, clap our little hands because we are so proud of ourselves. In truth we have discovered a push-button world, but a lot more is expected of our efforts.
The point to ponder is the variety of race, shades of color and the big one - language. Each is colonized, Germany for Germans, France for Frenchman, England, Ireland, Scotland, Italy, Greece, on and on but each race in colonies or country of their own - Until they began to explore.
Seeding the planet?
Our churches are great piles of stone and glass reaching for the sky. Home? Too, every group had a God. God has many faces but ALL believe in (their) God. Having a God ties them all together. To a man they all raise their arms and eyes to heaven.
If all the above is discounted then how about the very ancient runways for large aircraft found by flights over the area, and on the granite walls are etchings of many figures with helmets and space suits?
We are told by our God that we are made in his image.
Know what? that is good enough for me! No fish, Neanderthal or monkeys are any genes of mine.
